Plant a Rosy Love Garden

For centuries, the rose has stood as a universal emblem of love, beauty, and devotion. Love and roses are forever inseparably entwined in our hearts and imaginations. When we want to express love, we often do it with roses. Each Valentine’s Day, countless red roses are gifted as heartfelt declarations of affection. Gardeners don’t settle for bouquets from the florist. We leave the florist roses for others. Instead, we prefer to grow garden roses — flowers that embody the spirit of love and romance and offer lasting beauty not just during Valentine’s week but throughout the year and for many years to come.

Consider making your garden even more meaningful by growing a ‘Love Garden’ with roses whose names celebrate love. A ‘Love Garden’ can also serve as a remembrance garden, a tribute to the people we have loved. Whether our loved one grew roses or cherished a specific variety, we can honor warm, deep and sometimes bittersweet memories by planting roses. The following ‘Love Garden’ selection highlights a few enchanting varieties of roses to express your romantic sentiments.
